Juanita E. Springate develops future leaders in early childhood education

Juanita E. Springate has built a long-standing reputation in the academe as a consultant, teacher, and mentor. Noted for her expertise in early childhood education, she lends her talents to The Family Conservancy, a non-profit organization committed to assisting families and developing early childhood professionals, and to Johnson County Community College, where she conducts leadership classes for potential childhood directors. Ms. Springate earned her master's degree in early childhood education, with a major in curriculum and instruction, from the University of Missouri. She aspires to become a full-time college professor within the next five years.
