Lauryn Crabtree was inspired to contribute to her community by becoming a numeracy coach

NASHVILLE, TN, January 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lauryn Crabtree, Numeracy Coach, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in mathematics.

As a numeracy coach, Lauryn Crabtree is responsible for developing quality mathematical skills in students, conducting numeracy training for educators, supporting mathematics teachers, preparing materials and lessons, performing consultations, researching and organizing workshops, collaborating with the leadership team, instructing and educating students, and acting as a liaison between educators and students. She became involved in her profession because she was inspired to contribute to her community, and she attributes her success to the improved education system and her students' willingness to learn.

Ms. Crabtree received her Master's Degree in Learning and Behavioral Disorders, Plus 45 from Western Kentucky University in 1989. She is a member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.
