Richard D. Lemons Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Richard D. Lemons served in Vietnam and Thailand and provides spiritual guidance to veterans

TUCSON, AZ, January 12, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Richard D. Lemons, Chaplain for the Arizona Department of Disabled American Veterans, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in religious counseling.

As a chaplain for the Arizona Department of Disabled American Veterans, Mr. Lemons is responsible for visiting patients in hospitals and nursing homes, attending funeral and memorial services, consoling grieving families and visiting local churches, homes and mortuaries. In 1976, he was serving in the United States Air Force in Vietnam and Thailand and became disabled. After his service ended, he still sought to serve his fellow veterans. He attributes his success to his faith in people, military endeavors and his ability to reach out and assist others in their time of need.

Mr. Lemons received his bachelor of business administration from the University of Phoenix in 1990 and his associate of science in human services from Pima Community College in 1977. He is a member of the Freemasonry and participates in the 33rd Degree Prince Hall Masons. He hopes to become a national chaplain and continue doing his best so that everyone can benefit from his service.
