As a Program Director for Medmark Treatment Center for the past 14 years, Ginned has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

The Medmark Treatment Center is an outpatient, community-based substance abuse treatment provider specializing in opioid dependency. They provide a comprehensive approach to patient care whereby medical interventions are utilized in conjunction with therapeutic strategies in an effort to promote cognitive and behavioral change. They specialize in offering Methadone Maintenance and Buprenorphine Maintenance and detoxification programs, as well as individual, group and family counseling for all chemical dependency concerns.

Ginned has been a Medical Assistant since 1984. She is a Certified Grief Counselor, Level 2 Substance Abuse Counselor and a Multiple Effects DUI Counselor. Ginned also works Juvenile Probation. Ginned has been a Methadone Counselor for San Joaquin County since 2005 at the Breining Institute. In the time away from her busy schedule, she greatly enjoys traveling.
