Lou Dozier has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her magnificent work as a training professional.

KAMAS, UT, October 21, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Lou Dozier has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her magnificent work as a training professional. As Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Source Point Training, as well as throughout her incredible 25 plus years in the field, Lou has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Established in 2009, Source Point Training is a revolutionary results-based training company comprised of master-level facilitators and coaches with over 100 combined years of experience. The Co-Founders, Barbara Fagan and Lou Dozier, each have over 25 years of experience in coaching, consulting and training, as well as designing and facilitating fundamental, mastery and relationship coach trainings, leadership training and other personal development programs.

Lou has a remarkable ability to see people's possibilities rather than their natural tendency to argue for their limitations. She incorporates heart and soul in her relentless approach to assisting individuals with learning and experiencing all they can to catapult them towards success. Lou believes that when human beings become aware of the attitudes, assumptions, and beliefs that drive their choices, they are armed with the ability to transform their lives.

Early on in her career, Lou was instrumental in working with a German adoption agency to ensure that American babies were adopted by American families. She then returned to the United States where she became a Clinical Director of a chemical dependency recovery hospital and taught in the Family Services Division at California State University, Sacramento. She then became a facilitator and coach, working around the world including Russia, Taiwan, Mexico, and across the United States. She also worked with Resource Realizations for 13 years where she was instrumental in facilitating transformational personal growth seminars, working with families with teens-at-risk, as part of the Premier Family Programs.

During her educational career, Lou earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Wright State University and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University. She is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and is a Certified Relationship Specialist. Lou is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and is a Diplomat with the American Psychotherapist Association.
