Dr. Joan E. Hoffmann is focused on improving counseling techniques that will help counselors achieve success in the educational community
CHESTERFIELD, MO, November 19, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Joan E. Hoffmann, Consultant, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in consulting.
Dr. Hoffmann has 18 years of overall professional experience. She started her career as an elementary school teacher, and then became a high school counselor. After working as a middle school counselor, she moved on to coaching counselors and teachers in real life counseling for their students. She has written a book titled, "Ready, Set, Counsel - A Practical Guide to Being a Counselor in the Real World."
In 1994, Dr. Hoffmann received a Doctor of Education in education administration from Saint Louis University. She earned a Master's Degree and certification in middle school and high school counseling, a Bachelor's Degree in Education and is a certified K-8 teacher, in the State of Missouri. A member of Kappa Delta Pi, she is affiliated with the American Association of University Women.
