Ms. Bartlett is proud to have worked as an organizational leader for over 25 years, regardless of job title. She considers herself a highly accomplished speaker, consultant and trainer. She has served as managing director for a municipality; an organizational development consultant/facilitator for the Governor's Center for Management Development in Texas; Director of Management Consultants and Director of Training for a large state agency; Director of Criminal Justice for a regional planning commission; and, Director of Pre-Trial Release for a county government. She became involved in her profession due to a fascination in wanting to understand why people do what they do. She sees human behavior and organizational behavior as puzzles and mysteries waiting to be solved. She attributes her success to her passion for learning, having fun and risking the great unknown to try new things.

Nancy Powell Bartlett is a Certified Coach of Leaders and a Six Sigma Green Belt with certifications in Human Performance Technology, Mediation, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice conferred by Sam Houston State University in 1978. She is a member of the National Speakers Association of North Texas, a Board Member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Humane Society (2008-2011), and Vice President of the Dallas, TX chapter of the American Society for Training and Development's Special Interest Groups. She also serves on the Board of Examiners of the Quality Texas Foundation (2009 - 2011).

Her charitable work is impressive. She currently serves as Commissioner of the Charter Review Commission for the city of Murphy, TX. From 2005 - 2009, she chaired the Parks and Recreation Board of the city of Murphy, TX, and sat as a Parks and Recreation Board Member for the city of Murphy, TX from 2003 - 2009. Additionally, she serves as a volunteer consultant for the Center for Nonprofit Management in Dallas, TX.

Looking ahead, she hopes to see her business alliances triple, while remaining selective, flexible and personally involved in all client engagements.
