Rosemary Frisch Curtis Named to Exclusive Membership Organization
Rosemary Frisch Curtis is a retired teacher with 34 years of experience
AMHERST, NH, November 19, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rosemary Frisch Curtis, Retired Teacher, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in elementary education.
Ms. Curtis taught in the Amherst Mont Vernon school district for 34 years. Her specialty was instructing language arts, social studies, and research and study skills. She believes that her love of children mixed with her natural enthusiasm for the teaching profession, made education the perfect career choice. As a child, Ms. Curtis would have loved to attend school year-round. For the past six years, she has been retired.
She received a Bachelor of Science in elementary education and history, plus an additional 25 hours of credits, from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ms. Curtis is a member of the Amherst Women's Club and a former member of the Mont Vernon Teachers Association. Honored by Who's Who Among American Teachers, she volunteers for the American Cancer Society in her spare time. In the future, Ms. Curtis hopes to continue enjoying her retirement and travel.
