Annette L. Chavers Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Annette L. Chavers attended one of Bill Clinton's presidential inaugurations

CAMDEN, NJ, December 1, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Annette L. Chavers, Special Education Teacher at the Camden Center for Youth Development, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in special education.

Ms. Chavers has taken a special interest in helping at risk children and special education students. With 29 years of professional experience, she attributes her success to the support she received from her parents. Her responsibilities at the Camden Center for Youth Development, Inc. include teaching mathematics, science and basic skills to seventh grade through 12th-grade students. She previously taught at JRC Alternative High School.

Additionally, Ms. Chavers teaches boot camp for at risk adolescents throughout the Texas tri-state area during the summer. She is a member of the Iota Phi Lambda Sorority Inc. and the National Education Association. A recipient of the Special Educator Citation, she met former President Bill Clinton at one of his inaugurations.

In 1982, Ms. Chavers received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She holds a lifetime certification in elementary education (K-6) and is certified in special education (K-12).
