Catherine Hoffman has successfully implemented efficiencies in large contact centers within the financial, insurance and government industries

Catherine attributes her career accomplishments to her late father's entrepreneurial spirit and her mother's continuing drive for excellence through embracing life with "grace".

A 1992 graduate of the Denver Technical College at Colorado Springs, she received an associate degree in business management and marketing. Currently, Catherine is pursuing a degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is affiliated with the Women of the Moose, United Way Worldwide and Rotary International. Catherine's career objective is to set high professional standards and goals for corporations in customer excellence and employee career path and retention.
