Paul Bruno to be Profiled in Exclusive Registry
Paul Bruno celebrates 45 years working in the performance management and training industry

CHARLOTTE, NC, December 7, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Paul Bruno, President of Refocus Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in performance management.

With 45 years of field experience, Mr. Bruno has served as the president of Refocus Inc. for 16 years. He has developed an expertise in transition and performance management. Mr. Bruno uses an extensive local network to provide recruiting selection services for small businesses. In his position, he is responsible for designing and implementing performance management initiatives for selection, appraisals and succession planning. Mr. Bruno is a motivational speaker and a published author. In addition, he is a part-time instructor at Central Piedmont Community College and was an adjunct professor at Valencia Community College.

Previously, Mr. Bruno worked as a line manager for the Xerox Corporation. He established his company in 1994 and since then, he has been committed to helping others succeed professionally. He received a Bachelor of Science in political science, with minors in international relations and economics from Occidental College. Mr. Bruno furthered his education by taking graduate-level courses in political science and international relations at the California State University in Los Angeles. A certified assessment administrator, he recently earned a certification in the Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery program at the Newfield Institute.

Mr. Bruno is the president of Steelcreek Toastmasters Club and the vice president of the Charlotte chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. He also served as chairman of the business advisory council of computer programming for the disabled at Valencia Community College. At the Episcopal diocese of Central Florida, Mr. Bruno is a former chairman of the commission on ministry; he is currently a partner for the Charlotte Christian Chamber of Commerce. He is the co-founder of the Lake Wiley Palisades Mastermind Group. He achieved president's Club recognition while at the Xerox Corporation. He has been honored with the Love in the Market Place award from the Wilson Learning Corporation and The Dale Wallbrown Memorial Award from Valencia Community College.
