Donald J. Gleason Named to Exclusive Membership Organization
Donald J. Gleason celebrates 25 years as the Athletic Director of the Catholic Youth Center

PITTSFIELD, MA, February 23, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Donald J. Gleason Athletic Director of the Catholic Youth Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in coaching and leadership management.

With 25 years of experience as Athletic Director of the Catholic Youth Center, Donald J. Gleason is responsible for directing athletics including basketball, volleyball, cheerleading and lacrosse, administrating the little league for District 1, traveling extensively with the team for their games, and working with the after-school programs. He became involved in his profession because he was inspired by his coach as a youth, and he attributes his success to his understanding and fairness as a coach. Mr. Gleason started coaching in high school and college. After serving 2 years in the Army he started coaching with the Catholic Youth Center and has been with them for over 50 years.

Mr. Gleason completed coursework in Business Management at Providence College.
