As Director of Direct Speech and throughout her spectacular 30 plus year professional career, Judith has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence required to be among the best.

Direct Speech provides training in public speaking and the development of confidence skills for teachers, students, corporate executives, business people and individual members of the public. Among the variety of areas they provide assistance in are interview skill tips, how to deal with nerves, ice breakers for public speaking and controlling anxiety.

Judith has 30 years of experience as a secondary school English Teacher. In her role as Head of the English Department at Mount Scopus Memorial College, she implemented a highly successful Communications program which enabled numerous students to overcome shyness in public speaking situations. Many of those students have since won public speaking competitions.

Recently, Judith has been appointed as Coordinator of Literacy for the implementation of Victorian Essential Learnings. She is a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and has earned two Bachelor's Degrees in Education (Primary & Secondary). Judith has also earned a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training.

Field is a member of the Victorian Association of Teachers in English and National Speakers Association. She enjoys knitting, reading and water aerobics in the time away from her busy schedule.
