A respected authority on people management, Alex Vorobej lends 27 years of expertise to his post as Executive Officer for the Canadian Forces. As such, he is responsible for developing and training new officers. A lifelong learner, Mr. Vorobej is proud to serve in what he describes as "the best fighting unit in the world." In an exclusive interview with Cambridge Who's Who, he expressed his desire to make a difference in the world and noted that joining the Canadian Forces has fulfilled that desire. Apart from his work with the Canadian Forces, Mr. Vorobej is an avid musician proficient in brass and reed instruments. Having taught music in Almonte, Canada, he has long-term goals to gain a managerial role in the music field.
Mr. Vorobej is trained in dispute resolution and mediation. He is also a certified aeromedical professional and paramedic with certifications in coronary care and training in biomedical electronics. He currently serves as an instructor for the Canadian Aerospace Medical Association.
