Dedicated District Commissioner Receives Membership In The Distinguished Community Of Stanford Who's Who
Stanford Who's Who welcomes Bill Morgan to the ranks of leading professionals due to his remarkable work in the community.

MANCHESTER, TN, April 23, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who welcomes Bill Morgan to the ranks of leading professionals due to his remarkable work in the community. As District Commissioner of the Elk River district of the Boy Scouts of America in Middle Tennessee, Bill has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be among the best.

The Boy Scouts of America provides fun, adventure, and moral values that last a lifetime. In Middle Tennessee, nearly 38,000 youth and adults participate in Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, co-ed Venturing Crews and Exploring Posts every year. The Middle Tennessee Council serves local youth from first grade to age 20 in a 37-county area, plus Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

The Elk River District serves the Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, and Moore Counties. Bill is responsible for ensuring that all of the Boy Scouts in his district have the ability to grow and thrive. He is also actively involved in making sure that rules and safety for each individual child is met.

Mr. Morgan also serves as a Pastor. He participates in numerous volunteer activities for the community in addition to serving as District Commissioner of Elk River. Bill is a former Master of Lodge 510 of the Masonic Temple as well. He has been the recipient of the Scouting Meritorious Award, the Masonic Youth Leadership Award and the William De Boyce Award for beginning a new scouting unit. In addition, Bill provides training services for the American Red Cross.
