Decatur, IL April 19, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Leroy Smith Jr., Executive Director for Jesus Cares Outreach, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstration dedication, leadership and excellence in ministry, program administration and community activism.

With 25 years of experience in his fields, Mr. Smith specializes in motivational speaking. As the executive director of Jesus Cares Outreach, Inc., he is responsible for running an after school program, summer camps, transitional jobs program, a community support council and he's a leading source on ex-offenders and gang mentality in his community. He attributes his success to faith in God and commitment.

Mr. Smith has been a licensed realtor, business owner, entrepreneur and ordained minister. A national motivational speaker he was involved with the Presidents Summit For America's Future. He also serves as the chairperson for his local housing authority.
