FREMONT, NE, April 22, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Martin Trautrimas, Ph.D., former Language Instructor for Hormel Foods Corporation, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in professional training services.

Multilingual from a young age, Dr. Martin Trautrimas immigrated to the United States when he was 15 years old. He recalls his early love of language and aspired, even as a child, to utilize his talents to educate others. Now, backed by over 50 years of professional experience in Fremont, NE, Dr. Trautrimas has become a recognized expert in language instruction. He joined Hormel Foods Corporation over a decade ago following his retirement from Midland Lutheran College, where he worked as a professor of Spanish, German, English and Humanities. At Hormel Foods, from which he retired in January 2010, he taught Spanish to English-speaking management personnel and provided English instruction for Hispanic workers. He enjoyed having the ability to play an instrumental role in the cohesiveness of the company and considers faith, dedication and familial support to be the driving forces behind his success.

Dr. Trautrimas earned his Ph.D. in Spanish language and literature in Guadalajara, Mexico. He is an active supporter of UNICEF, CARE, Food for the Hungry, Feeding America, Children International, the Christian Children's Fund and Rotary International. Looking to the future, he intends to increase his involvement with a variety of charitable and humanitarian organizations to help relieve hunger and poverty.
