Dedicated Clinical Director Joins The Distinguished Community Of Stanford Who's Who
John Roper has been accepted among the ranks of leading professionals with Stanford Who's Who as a result of his exceptional effort in the Legal Services Industry.
WATONGA, OK, May 12, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- John Roper has been accepted among the ranks of leading professionals with Stanford Who's Who as a result of his exceptional effort in the Legal Services Industry. As a Compliance Officer and Clinical Director of New Direction Centers of America he has routinely exhibited the vision, dedication and diligence required to be among the best.
New Direction Centers of America is a community corrections center, commonly known as a "halfway house," which is zoned to provide up to 300 beds. The center operates under a contract with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, which provides clients to the center. The center is a residential facility for adult male and female offenders transitioning from institutional to independent living. Offenders must be employed, participate in substance abuse programs, submit to random drug testing, and pay a fixed payment to the government to offset the cost of the program. The Company supervises these activities at its center.
Mr. Roper has 30 years of experience with clinical supervision in the mental health and substance abuse field. During his educational career, John earned a PhD in Counseling and Psychology from Columbia University. In the time away from his busy schedule, John enjoys canoeing, martial arts and weightlifting.
