Mr. Cadelinia has 10 years of overall professional experience. As president of Bluewater Management, Inc., he is responsible for retail consulting, managing websites for the financial department, and working for the Navy Exchange. He is the former president of the Banzai Pipeline Jaycees, which is affiliated with the United States Junior Chamber (Jaycees).

In 1993, Mr. Cadelinia earned his Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Watterson College in California. He received the Perfect 10 Award for Customer Service four times, a Letter of Appreciation, and was nominated for the Employee of the Month Award, all through NEX.
