As Chairman of the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, she has consistently demonstrated the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

The Rainbow PUSH Coalition is a multi-racial, multi-issue, progressive, international membership organization fighting for social change. The organization was formed in December 1996 by Reverend Jesse L. Jackson, Sr. through the merging of two organizations he founded earlier, People United to Serve Humanity and the Rainbow Coalition. Through their multiple offices, they work to make the American Dream a reality for all citizens and advocate for peace and justice around the world. They are dedicated to improving the lives of all people by serving as a voice for the voiceless.

Rev. Dr. Willie T. Barrow is an Ordained Minister who worked with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. performing community service for the Southern Christian Leadership Conference. During her educational career, she earned a Theological Degree and Master's Degree from Anderson College as well as a Doctorate Degree from Harvard University. Dr. Barrow is a member of the NAACP, Democratic National Committee and the Urban League.
