Woodside Homes Selects New Home Sales Authority Jason Forrest to Lead Companywide Sales Training Program
Woodside Homes selected new home sales author, speaker and sales coach Jason Forrest to lead a companywide sales training program for its new home sales professionals. The annual program is aimed at achieving top line sales results for builders.

An annual program consisting of a series of seminars, a website e-learning component, and weekly salesforce goals and motivational calls, the program is based on Jason Forrest's proven behavior modification approach aimed at achieving top line sales results for builders.

Woodside Homes commenced its training program with Jason in February. An experiential learning program with multiple components, the entirety of the program will aim to enhance the success of Woodside Homes' sales professionals by motivating them to aim higher, measuring and addressing their fears in selling, applying corrective instruction and incorporating a social component to encourage sharing, growth and a healthy spirit of competition amongst the team.
Quarterly sales training seminars will be held over the course of one year. Incorporating a tailored Woodside Homes' online e-learning website, sales professionals will regularly participate in online learning that will be coached by Woodside managers.
