Misael Rebollar Soars To The Top With Stanford Who's Who
Misael Aviles Rebollar has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his outstanding professional career.

CHAPEL HILL, NC, October 21, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Misael Aviles Rebollar has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his outstanding professional career. As Master Instructor and Owner of the Taekwondo & Hapkido Martial Arts Academy, as well as throughout his brilliant career, Master Rebollar has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

The Taekwondo & Hapkido Martial Arts Academy is a martial arts learning center which provides self-defense classes for students of all ages and fitness levels. Under the guidance of caring instructors with years of teaching experience, students are armed with the ability to reach their martial arts and fitness goals. Master Rebollar started the Academy in 2009 after years of planning and saving. He took a big risk putting all he had into the business, but he never considered not doing it. Misael felt it was what he was meant to do. He has not looked back since he opened the doors as he only looks ahead.

Master Rebollar recently purchased a new building for The Taekwondo & Hapkido Academy of Chapel Hill. The building is undergoing major renovations and he expects to host their Grand Opening this winter, 2012. Their new Academy will feature 2800 square feet of open mat, brand new locker rooms, a private After School wing, an expanded spectator lounge/lobby, and a large private parking lot. The new Academy location is within 1 mile of their current location, so the transition will be very easy for their current students to make.

Master Rebollar is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and Hapkido with several years of experience running a martial arts academy. In addition, he is a Black Belt in Moo Duk Kwan Tae Kwan Do. Misael started training in taekwondo when he was five years old. He started competing and teaching in his teens, and in his twenties he ran a large martial arts academy for a major franchise for five years prior to opening his own school in another city. Misael has been featured in Our State magazine for his work training senior citizens in Tae Kwon Do and self-defense. During his collegiate career, he earned an Associate's degree in Law. Master Rebollar is also actively involved in community service.
