During her collegiate career, Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Tasmania; Diploma in Teaching from Monash University; Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Deakin University; and a Diploma as Lead Auditor in Food Safety Management Systems and Quality Systems from SAIGlobal.
