Michael was initially recruited into healthcare by a college friend who had started a management position at a new company and realized he needed some IT experience to take care of the medical management systems he was responsible for. His realization that healthcare companies, while good at what they do, were not in the business of system implementation caused him to start his own business.

During his collegiate career, Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. He is also Microsoft and Health Care Management Certified. He possesses a great passion for helping others and improving processes as well as an extraordinary work ethic and incredible desire to succeed. Mr. Allen is a member of the ODK Leadership Fraternity and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia.
