Sean Gorgone has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable professional career.

ORLANDO, FL, May 13, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Sean Gorgone has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable professional career. As a Golf Instructor who runs the Whole Game of Golf, as well as throughout his incredible career, Mr. Gorgone has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Sean is a Golf Master Instructor and Coach with over 20 years of golf experience acquired around the world's best golf tours. He offers personal, customized instruction to golfers of all skill levels, teaching them to perform at their best with a focus on the fundamentals of the game. Sean assists students in building a solid foundation with easy checkpoints and references to allow them to coach themselves at the conclusion of his instruction.

Sean's instruction has been influenced by several extraordinary teachers, including Dr. Jim Suttie, Peter Kostis, David Leadbetter, Fred Griffin, and John Elliot. Mr. Gorgone has played or competed against magnificent players, such as Ernie Els, Phil Mickelson, Retief Goosen, Justin Leonard, David Duval, Steve Flesch, Chris Smith and many other greats on the PGA Tour. He has competed in the U.S. Open, the PGA Tour, Nike Tour, South African Tour and South American Tours.

During his collegiate career, Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Studies with a Minor in Coaching at Miami University. He was named as the Miami University Athlete of the Year in 1990 and is a member of the University's prestigious Hall of Fame. He was a two-time Division I All-American. Mr. Gorgone was also inducted into the Maine Golf Hall of Fame in 1994. In addition, Sean was a USGA Walker Cup Team Alternate and competed with the NCAA USA All-Star Team against Japan.
