Harold is a member of the Association of Former Narcotic Agents and an Honorary Lifetime Member of the Fraternal Order of Police. He is also Certified by the State of Louisiana as a Private Investigator. In addition, Harold is a Former Chapter Chairman and Regional Vice President of the American Society for Industrial Security.
