REDMOND, WA, January 26, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Christel E. Osterstrom, Vice President of Health Care Operations at Carena, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in health care management.

Serving as the Vice President of Health Care Operations of Carena, Inc., Ms. Osterstrom has 25 years of professional experience. Her responsibilities include creating mentoring programs for employees, managing business development and creating strategies to minimize risk. In addition, Ms. Osterstrom has worked as the owner and chief executive officer of Consulting, LLC for the past seven years. She became involved in the health care field after moving to the United States from Sweden.

Having a desire to further her career, Ms. Osterstrom received an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She keeps abreast of her field by being an active member of the Medical Group Management Association. Ms. Osterstrom serves on several boards and takes an active part in, together with Carena, Inc., defining telemedicine and its role in the future of health care in the United States.
