As the director of academics for the Global School of Management, Ms. Ikeotuonye is an expert in strategic management and motivational speaking. She is responsible for lecturing postgraduate students and managing the curriculum, as well as observing and training teachers and providing quality controls so that mandatory standards are met and exceeded. Ms. Ikeotuonye's passion is educating students and helping them reach their fullest potential. In addition, she is a seminar and motivational speaker, helping people to draw out their hidden potential and show them that each individual is a unique star, and can therefore shine and bring something unique to every team. Finally, she is an accomplished senior academic manager and highly experienced teaching professional in the area of lifelong learning. The highlight of her career was achieving an 'A' rated status with the United Kingdom Border Agency and achieving recognized international college status.

Ms. Ikeotuonye received a postgraduate diploma in business management from the Association of Business Practitioners, having previously received a postgraduate certificate in education from the University of East London, a Master of Hermeneutics (Biblical) from Oasis of Redemption, and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Abia State University. She is a member of the Institute of Lifelong Learning, UK. In years to come, Ms. Ikeotuonye hopes to experience growth in the education field.
