Joelle Bini Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Occupational Therapy
Joelle Bini strives to improve the lives of children with special needs.
UNION CITY, New Jersey, February 1, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Joelle Bini, Director at the KidsCare Institute, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in occupational therapy.
Drawing on six years of experience in health care, Ms. Bini heads a center that provides physical and occupational therapy services to children from 3 to 16 years of age. She has worked at the KidsCare Institute, Inc., for 4 years, and was promoted to director last August. As a leader, her responsibilities include collaborating with board members and therapists to continuously improve the quality of services provided. Furthermore, she advises and mentors staff members. Prior to working for the KidsCare Institute, Inc., she worked in the head injury rehabilitation and outpatient sectors of a hospital.
An alumnus of Seton Hall University, Ms. Bini holds a Master of Science in occupational therapy and a bachelor's degree in social and behavioral sciences. While attending graduate school, she was recognized for her dedication to the health care industry as a member of Alpha Eta Honor Society for Allied Health Professionals. Recently, she has enhanced her clinical skills by receiving certification in the administration and interpretation of the SIPT (Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests). Ms. Bini plans to open her own clinic in the years to come.
