Ms. Bailey entered the business world at the age of 17. Today, she has two decades of professional experience and expertise in mentoring and training. She brings her experience and skills to the role of financial controller and office manager for Automac Ltd., a specialty retailer of automatic wrapping machines and film. Her position entails overseeing daily accounting functions and the production of monthly management accounts. She also handles human resources, internal training requirements, internal procedure and control implementation. Ms. Bailey attributes her success to being pushed by her parents to be self-reliant, which made her take a structured approach to her career.

In 2008, Ms. Bailey earned an AAT qualification. She holds 10 general certificates of secondary education and RSA qualifications, and has taken various adhoc training courses. Ms. Bailey serves as a chair of her AAT branch and a member of Cheshire Communicators.
